An original instrumental that reminds me of where I lived on Woody street, in Missoula, Montana. It was full of winos and run down houses, about a block off the rail road tracks. Just down the street from the Blue Star tepee factory, where the workers would come out and smoke a joint in the alley during breaks.

November 30th, 2009 . by AB KinneyI have to write a 3 page essay on tepees – is that how you spell it? – and I’m not sure where to put stuff. Cover page – done. That’s the easiest. But the thesis and bibliography? Do you think that is included in the 3 pages? And does the thesis have it’s own page?

The Plains Indians’ summer home was the Tepee and it has many other names. They were portable, easily set up and taken down and only used on the trail. The rest of the year, during the winter months, the members of the different tribes lived in permanent housing at the edge of the Great Plains. Peugeot Bipper Tepee Fahrzeuge mit einem relativ hohen Aufbau kurz Kastenwagen genannt haben Konjunktur. Vereinen sie doch praktische Talente mit günstigem Preis und einfacher Technik. Bei Peugeot tragen solche Fahrzeuge den Namen Tepee. Nach den Modellen Expert und Partner gibt es einen weiteren Zuwachs, durch den neuen Bipper Tepee, dem kleinsten Vertreter dieser Baureihe.
3 Meter 86 lang, 1,72 breit und 1,74 hoch sind die kompakten Masse des kleinen Franzosen. Und mit einem Wendkreis von unter 10 Metern ist er im Stadtverkehr leicht und einfach zu handhaben, ohne dabei Abstriche beim Komfort machen zu müssen.
Die Front wirkt bullig, an der Seite fallen die großen Spiegel auf.
Praktisch, die große Fensterfläche am Heck
Funktionell geht es im Innenraum zu. Die Sitze sind bequem, das Platzangebot gut, nicht nur auf den Vordersitzen. Auch im Fond gibt es keine Enge.
Unter der riesigen Heckklappe kann man 356 Liter verstauen. Klappt man die Rücksitze nach vorn dann werden daraus fast 900 Litern, auf einer eben Ladefläche wohlgemerkt.
Zwei Motorisierungen stehen für den neuen Bipper Tepee zur Wahl. Ein 1,4 Liter Benziner mit 73 PS und ein 1,4 Liter Diesel, der 68 PS leistet. Bei beiden liegt die Höchstgeschwindigkeit knapp über 150 Kilometer pro Stunde. Sparsam der Diesel, denn sein Durchschnittsverbrauch auf 100 Kilometer wird mit gerade mal 4,5 Litern angegeben.
Viel Platz gibt es für wenig Geld. In Deutschland wird der Bipper Tepee als Benziner ab 12.490 Euro angeboten.
