I am fully in favour of better health care provisions to all currently disadvantaged Americans, but I am at a loss to understand their claiming that this is an “historical right”. A human right, yes, but was health care specifically entrenched in a treaty? It also seems paradoxical that inadequate access to care for those on reservations should coexist with a need to move back to a reservation to qualify for faster treatment. 6:40 is the crux — accessible providers and facilities are needed.
